Yes they dont have those buffs but its a new server. Also the mage buffs button doesnt give the correct buffs. PM me in game for the complete list if you see this post admin.

Yes. i believe u gm should add super haste too (its a buff) and all profecies, which should last at least 10 hours, so we can kill the big raid bosses..
